ArchiveX Pro is an offline archive workspace developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.
All processing happens locally on your device.
ArchiveX Pro does not collect, store, or send any of the following:
No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.
No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
No archives, files, previews, or search results. Everything you open, extract, create, or encrypt is processed only on your device.
No passwords, passphrases, vault contents, credentials, browsing history, or system logs.
No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.
We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.
Your preferences, theme, recent archives, and search history are saved locally on your device only.
Vault items are sealed on your device with Windows DPAPI. Encrypted containers you create are ordinary local files protected with AES-256-GCM; only you hold the passphrase.
If something goes wrong, a small error log is written to your local app data folder so problems can be diagnosed. It is never transmitted anywhere.
Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
ArchiveX Pro is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.
ArchiveX Pro requests only the minimum permissions required for core functionality. Permissions are used solely for app features and never for data collection.
Only when you choose a file, drop one onto the app, or open an archive from Explorer — never background scanning.
Extraction, compression, encryption, hashing, and search all run on your own hardware. Nothing is sent out for processing.
The app makes no network calls of its own. The Microsoft Store licence check is performed by Windows; no data is sent to us.
ArchiveX Pro is a general-purpose productivity/utility tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.
If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
