DocX Studio Pro is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local‑first, privacy‑first design philosophy.

1. Overview

DocX Studio Pro is an offline document translation, review and publishing app developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.

  • We do not collect personal data.
  • We do not transmit any data to external servers.
  • We do not operate servers for our apps.
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.

Document import, OCR, language detection and neural translation all run locally on your device. Your documents and their translations never leave your PC.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

DocX Studio Pro does not collect, store, or send any of the following:

Personal Identity Data

No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.

Usage Data or Analytics

No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Document Content

No documents, text, images, translations, glossaries, or anything you open or create inside the app.

Sensitive System Data

No passwords, tokens, credentials, browsing history, or system logs.

Location Data

No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.

We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

App Settings

Your preferences, theme and configuration are saved locally on your device only.

Documents and Translations

Imported documents, translated output, Translation Memory and custom glossaries stay on your device and are never transmitted.

Language Models and Cache

Bundled neural translation models and temporary performance cache stay on your device and are never transmitted.

Local Trial or Licence State

Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export or save it where you choose.

4. Microsoft Store Licensing

DocX Studio Pro is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.

  • We do not process payment information.
  • We do not store payment details.
  • We do not receive your Microsoft account information.

5. App Permissions

Minimum Required Only

DocX Studio Pro requests only the minimum permissions required for core functionality. Permissions are used solely for app features and never for data collection.

File Access

Only when you open a document or save an export you choose - never background scanning.

Clipboard Access

Only when you copy or paste text within the app.

Network Access

Used only so the Microsoft Store can validate your trial or purchase. Translation is fully offline, and no document data is ever sent to us.

6. Children's Privacy

DocX Studio Pro is a general-purpose productivity/utility tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.

7. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
