HSX Pocket AI is a Windows desktop application that runs AI models locally on your own machine. It lets you chat with a local language model, ask questions over your own documents, and generate images, all on your device.
All AI processing happens locally on your device. HSX Pocket AI does not transmit your chats, documents, or generated images to Hasnain Studio X.
We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.
HSX Pocket AI does not collect or send the following to the developer:
Name, email, phone number, or personal identity data.
Your chat messages and prompts are processed locally and are not uploaded to our servers.
Files you index for document questions are read and stored only on your device, never sent to us.
Images you create are saved locally on your machine and are not transmitted to the developer.
No analytics, ad tracking, or third-party telemetry SDKs are used.
No password, credential, keychain, or hidden account data is collected.
Your chosen theme, accent, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
When you index documents, a local search index is created and kept on your device so questions can be answered offline.
The language and image models the app uses are stored locally and run on your device.
Trial and Pro license status is managed by the Microsoft Store; no purchase data is stored by the app.
Generated images are saved to a local folder only when you create them.
HSX Pocket AI runs its AI locally. The only times it uses the network are:
If you choose to download an additional AI model from within the app, the model is fetched over the internet from its public source. Only the model is downloaded; no personal data is sent.
License and purchase checks are handled by the Microsoft Store. See section 5.
Links such as the website or privacy policy open in your browser only when you click them.
HSX Pocket AI is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. Payment, billing, and transaction processing are handled by the Microsoft Store under Microsoft policies.
HSX Pocket AI does not process or store payment card details. The app only reads your license status (trial or full) from the Microsoft Store to unlock features.
HSX Pocket AI requests only the minimum permissions required to run core desktop features (internet access for optional model downloads and Store licensing, and full-trust desktop execution to run the local AI engines). Permissions are used only for app functionality and not for data harvesting.
Images are generated locally from prompts you provide. HSX Pocket AI uses an on-device AI model to create images from your text prompts. The content of every generated image is determined by the prompt you enter.
You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and the images you create. By using the image generation feature you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly, and not to create content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
Prohibited content. The app must not be used to create sexual or explicit imagery involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other unlawful content. HSX Pocket AI includes an automatic safety filter that blocks prompts combining indicators of minors with sexual or explicit terms, and reserves the right to refuse generation. No automated filter is perfect; responsibility for content remains with the user.
Watermark. Every image generated by HSX Pocket AI carries an "AI" watermark to indicate it was created by artificial intelligence.
Reporting. Users can report generated content to the developer via the contact page at hasnainstudiox.com/contact.html. Reports help us improve the app's safeguards; the developer does not monitor or store the images you generate.
AI-generated images may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unintended. They are provided "as is" with no warranty of suitability for any purpose.
HSX Pocket AI is intended for general users and is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and version on this page.
