HSX Vanta App - How your data is handled and protected.

HSX Vanta is a Windows desktop app that generates images from text prompts using an AI engine that runs entirely on your own computer.
HSX Vanta performs all generation, face processing, and image enhancement locally on your device. Your prompts, face photos, and images are never uploaded and are never transmitted to Hasnain Studio X.
We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.
HSX Vanta does not collect or send the following to the developer:
Name, email, phone number, or personal identity data.
Your prompt text, face photos, and generated images are never uploaded. They exist only on your device.
No analytics, ad tracking, or third-party telemetry SDKs are used.
No password, credential, keychain, or hidden account data is collected.
Images you create are saved to your Pictures folder, with their prompt and settings kept in a local library index on your device.
Theme, accent, and engine preferences are stored locally in your user profile.
Your trial or purchase state is managed by the Microsoft Store; the app reads it locally and stores nothing about your payment.
HSX Vanta ships with always-on content protection: prompts requesting nudity or explicit content are blocked before generation, safety terms are applied to every generation, and any prompt combining minors with sexual content is refused outright. These protections cannot be disabled.
The Library includes a voluntary "report" action. It opens your own email client with a pre-filled message to the developer; nothing is sent automatically, and you choose what to include. Reports are used solely to improve the app's safety in future updates.
HSX Vanta is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. Payment and transaction processing are handled by the Microsoft Store under Microsoft policies.
HSX Vanta does not process or store payment card details.
HSX Vanta runs as a full trust desktop app and declares internet access, which is used only for the Microsoft Store licence check and the links you choose to open. Image generation itself requires no network connection. Permissions are used only for app functionality and not for data harvesting.
HSX Vanta is intended for general creative users and is not directed to children under 13. Its content protections for minors are always enabled and cannot be turned off.
