Hypersonus Ultra is a Windows spatial audio enhancement app. It applies cinematic surround, spatial and Hyper 3D audio, pro presets, and a 10-band equaliser to every app on your PC using the WASAPI audio pipeline.
Hypersonus Ultra processes all audio entirely on your PC. Your audio stream is never captured, recorded, or transmitted anywhere outside your machine.
We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.
Hypersonus Ultra does not collect or send the following to the developer:
No name, email, phone number, account, or sign-in is ever requested or stored.
Audio processed through Hypersonus Ultra stays entirely on your machine. Nothing is captured or sent.
The app does not track which features you use, how long you use them, or what presets you choose.
No analytics SDK, no crash-reporting SDK, no third-party trackers of any kind are included.
Your selected preset, equaliser bands, surround mode, and spatial configuration are saved locally so your preferred sound profile is restored on every launch.
Per-device latency, output mode, and calibration state are stored locally under your Windows user profile.
Theme, window layout, and UI preferences are saved in local application storage.
A cached licence flag lets the app recognise your purchase offline, without contacting the Microsoft Store on every launch.
All local data is stored under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Packages\HasnainButtAkhtar.HypersonusUltra\. Uninstalling the app removes all of this data.
On first launch and when you tap Restore Purchase, Hypersonus Ultra contacts the Microsoft Store API to verify your licence. Only your Store account token is used - the app never sees your payment details.
Tapping hasnainstudiox.com or the privacy-policy link opens your default browser. No data is sent by the app itself in this action.
Beyond licence verification, Hypersonus Ultra makes no outbound network requests.
All purchases and the free trial are managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. Hypersonus Ultra never sees your payment card, billing address, or Microsoft account credentials.
The app receives only a licence object confirming whether your account holds an active purchase or an active trial, and the trial expiry date if applicable. No personally identifiable information is returned by this API call.
Required for Microsoft Store licence verification and to open web links in your browser.
Required to access the WASAPI audio pipeline for system-wide spatial audio enhancement. No elevated access is used beyond audio processing.
Hypersonus Ultra is a general-purpose audio enhancement tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and version number at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Reverse-engineering, repackaging, decompiling, modifying signed builds, or redistributing the MSIX without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and computer-misuse legislation.
Only builds published to the Microsoft Store under the publisher account "Hasnain Butt Akhtar / Hasnain Studio X" are genuine. Side-loaded or third-party builds are unauthorised and unsupported.
