MediaX Ultra App - How your data is handled and protected.

1. Overview

MediaX Ultra is a Windows desktop media player with an Entertainment Hub for watching web services, local audio and video playback, sound enhancement, and cinematic color grading.

MediaX Ultra performs all media processing locally on your device and does not transmit personal data to Hasnain Studio X.

We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

MediaX Ultra does not collect or send the following to the developer:

Identity Data

Name, email, phone number, or personal identity data.

Your Media

Your audio and video files, their metadata, and your viewing or listening history are never uploaded to us.

Telemetry

No analytics, ad tracking, or third-party telemetry SDKs are used.

Sensitive System Data

No password, credential, keychain, or hidden account data is collected.

3. Data Stored Locally

App Settings

Your theme, accent, equalizer and enhancement choices are stored locally on your device.

Library Index

The list of media folders and files you add is kept locally for the current session and your settings.

Licence State

Trial and Pro state is managed by the Microsoft Store and read locally; no purchase data is stored by the app.

4. Network and Third Party Services

The Entertainment Hub uses the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime to load web services you choose to open (for example YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Spotify, Twitch). When you browse these services you interact with them directly, and their own privacy policies and cookies apply.

MediaX Ultra does not inject tracking into those sites, and it does not send your browsing activity to Hasnain Studio X. Sign-in and account data you enter on a service belong to that service, not to us.

To show recognizable shortcut icons for these services, the app requests each service's icon from a public favicon service (Google s2 favicons). Only the service's public domain name is sent for this purpose; no personal data is included.

5. Microsoft Store Purchase and Trial

MediaX Ultra is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. Payment, billing, and trial state are handled by the Microsoft Store under Microsoft policies.

MediaX Ultra does not process or store payment card details.

6. App Permissions

MediaX Ultra requests internet access (for the Entertainment Hub and Store licence checks) and runs as a full-trust desktop app. Media files are read only from folders and files you explicitly add. Permissions are used only for app functionality and not for data harvesting.

7. Children's Privacy

MediaX Ultra is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

8. Policy Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date and version on this page.
