1. Overview

PC Download Manager Ultra is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy. It downloads the files you ask it to, from the servers you point it at.

  • We do not collect personal data.
  • We do not operate servers for this app, and it never sends your activity to us.
  • Downloads connect only to the file hosts you choose.
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.

All download management, organization, and history stay on your device.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

PC Download Manager Ultra does not collect, store, or send any of the following:

Personal Identity Data

No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.

Usage Data or Analytics

No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Your Content or Files

No download links, downloaded files, or their contents are sent to us.

Sensitive System Data

No passwords, tokens, credentials, browsing history, or system logs.

Location Data

No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.

We do not run servers for this app, so your download activity is never uploaded to us, even by accident.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

App Settings

Your preferences, folders, rules, and theme are saved locally on your device only.

Downloads and History

Downloaded files, the queue, and your download history live on your device and are never transmitted to us.

Local Cache

Partial-download data and temporary state stored locally and never transmitted.

Local Trial or Licence State

Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly move or export it.

4. Network and Third Party Services

PC Download Manager Ultra makes network connections only to the file servers you choose to download from. When you start a download, the app contacts that URL directly and, where you provide them through the optional browser companion, sends the cookies, referrer, and headers needed so authenticated downloads work. This traffic goes to the file host, not to us.

  • No account is required and none is created.
  • The optional Chrome and Edge companion runs on your machine and talks to the app locally; it is not a web service.
  • We receive no download links, no file contents, and no browsing data.

5. Microsoft Store Licensing

PC Download Manager Ultra is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.

  • We do not process payment information.
  • We do not store payment details.
  • We do not receive your Microsoft account information.

6. App Permissions

Minimum Required Only

The app requests only internet access and standard desktop (full trust) capability, used solely for downloading and file management, never for data collection.

File Access

Used to save your downloads and, if you enable it, to organize a folder you choose. No background scanning of unrelated files.

On-Device Processing

Segmenting, resuming, hashing, organizing, and archive extraction all run locally on your machine.

Network Access

Used to fetch the files you request and to verify the Store licence. No data is sent to us.

7. Children's Privacy

PC Download Manager Ultra is a general-purpose utility. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.

8. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
