Privacy Policy

PC SenseX is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local‑first, privacy‑first design philosophy. Your voice and your microphone audio are processed entirely on your PC.

1. Overview

PC SenseX is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.

  • We do not collect personal data.
  • We do not transmit any data to external servers.
  • We do not operate servers for our apps.
  • We do not sell, share, or monetize user data.

All processing, including speech recognition, happens locally on your device using offline models bundled with the app.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

PC SenseX does not collect, store, or send any of the following:

Personal Identity Data

No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.

Usage Data or Analytics

No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.

Audio or Voice Recordings

Microphone audio is analysed in memory on your PC and immediately discarded. It is never recorded to disk and never transmitted anywhere.

Sensitive System Data

No passwords, tokens, credentials, browsing history, or system logs.

Location Data

No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.

We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.

3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device

App Settings

Your voice commands, sound-cue configuration, theme, and preferences are saved locally on your device only.

Offline Speech Models

The speech recognition models ship inside the app package and run entirely offline. Nothing about your speech is sent out.

Local Diagnostic Log

A small, size-capped text log of app events (never audio, never speech content) is kept locally to help diagnose problems. It is never transmitted.

Local Trial or Licence State

Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.

This data never leaves your device.

4. Microsoft Store Licensing

PC SenseX is a paid app with a Microsoft Store managed free trial. All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.

  • We do not process payment information.
  • We do not store payment details.
  • We do not receive your Microsoft account information.

5. App Permissions

Minimum Required Only

PC SenseX requests only the minimum permissions required for core functionality: microphone access, internet (for the Store licence check), and full-trust desktop capability for triggering Windows actions you configure.

Microphone Access

The microphone only opens while you have the Voice or Microphone switch turned on, and closes the moment you turn both off. Audio is analysed on-device and discarded.

On-Device Processing

Speech recognition and sound-cue detection run on your PC using bundled offline models. No cloud speech service is ever used.

Network Access

Used only for the Microsoft Store licence check, and to open websites you explicitly ask for by voice (in your own browser). All speech recognition models ship inside the app and run locally; no audio or personal data is ever uploaded, and the app sends no data to us.

6. Children's Privacy

PC SenseX is a general-purpose productivity/utility tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.

7. Policy Updates

If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
