Privacy Policy

SpatiaX Ultra is an on-device audio enhancement app for Android. It applies parametric equalization, virtualizer, bass boost, environmental reverb, loudness and brick-wall limiter effects to the system audio mix through Android's public AudioEffect APIs on session 0.

SpatiaX Ultra performs all audio processing locally on your device. The audio content itself is never captured, recorded, transmitted, or sent to Hasnain Studio X or any third party.

We do not sell, share, or monetize user data. No accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics.

Identity Data

Name, email, phone number, account profile or personal identity data.

Audio Content

The audio playing through your device, microphone input, and recordings are never captured, recorded or uploaded.

Location

No fine or coarse location data is requested or read.

Contacts and Calendar

The app does not access contacts, calendar or message data.

Photos and Files

The app does not read your photo library, storage or external files beyond user-initiated preset export/import.

Telemetry and Analytics

No analytics SDK, no crash reporting SDK, no advertising SDK and no third-party telemetry libraries are bundled.

Sound Mode and EQ Settings

Your selected sound mode, custom EQ band values, theme variant, brightness preference and accessibility toggles are stored on your device only.

Custom Presets

Presets you save or import are stored locally in an encrypted Hive database. You may export them as JSON files only when you explicitly choose to.

Pro Entitlement Cache

A local flag records whether your Google account has purchased the lifetime Pro unlock. This lets the app honor your purchase offline and after reinstall, until it can re-validate against Google Play.

Onboarding and Startup Preferences

Whether onboarding has been completed, whether the engine auto-starts on launch, and similar small flags stored in SharedPreferences.

Purchase Validation

When you complete a Pro purchase or restore a previous purchase, the app sends the Google Play purchase token, product identifier and package name to a Hasnain Studio X validation endpoint (Supabase edge function at tpfpkotpgvgusfghepba.supabase.co). This endpoint asks Google's Play Developer API to confirm the purchase is genuine before unlocking Pro. The audio content itself is not transmitted.

Google Play Billing

The Google Play Billing client (provided by Google) runs in the app process and contacts Google to display the product price, complete purchases and report status. SpatiaX Ultra does not see your payment method.

Optional Outbound Links

The About screen contains links to hasnainstudiox.com, this privacy policy, and a mailto: address. Tapping them launches your default browser or email app outside SpatiaX Ultra.

No Telemetry

Outside the events described above, the app does not initiate any network requests. There are no analytics pings, no crash uploads, no remote configuration.

SpatiaX Ultra offers a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features permanently for your Google account. Payment and refund processing are handled by Google Play under Google's policies.

SpatiaX Ultra does not see, process or store your card number, billing address or any other payment method details. We only receive the Play purchase token and product identifier needed to verify the purchase is valid.

MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS

Required to attach the equalizer, virtualizer, bass boost, reverb and loudness effects to the global audio output mix.

FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MEDIA_PLAYBACK

Required to run the audio enhancement engine as a foreground service so Android does not suspend it while you listen. A persistent notification is shown while the engine is active.

POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+)

Required to display the foreground service notification on Android 13 and newer. Requested only when you start the engine.

BILLING

Automatically declared by the Google Play Billing Library. Required for the Pro in-app purchase flow.

INTERNET (implicit)

Used only for Google Play Billing and the purchase validation request described above. No other outbound traffic.

To display the Hardware tab and to scale audio effects appropriately for your device, SpatiaX Ultra reads the following information from Android system APIs. This information stays on the device:

• Manufacturer, model, Android version and SoC family (used to scale virtualizer strength for known-quality differences across chip vendors).
• Currently routed audio output device (built-in speaker, wired headphones, Bluetooth, USB or HDMI) so the app can tune the chain appropriately and disable sub-bass boost on phone speakers.
• Native audio sample rate, frames-per-buffer and supported encodings as reported by AudioManager.
• System Spatializer availability and head-tracker availability (Android 12L and newer).

SpatiaX Ultra is intended for general audio enthusiast users and is not directed to children under 13.

Reverse engineering, repackaging, decompiling, modifying signed builds or redistributing the APK / AAB without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and computer-misuse legislation.

Only builds published to Google Play under the publisher account “Hasnain Butt Akhtar / Hasnain Studio X” are genuine. Side-loaded or third-party builds are unauthorised and unsupported.
