WordX Suite is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local-first, privacy-first design philosophy.
All processing happens locally on your device.
WordX Suite does not collect, store, or send any of the following:
No name, email, phone number, address, or identifiers.
No telemetry, crash analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs.
No prompts, text, images, files, or anything you create inside the app.
No passwords, tokens, credentials, browsing history, or system logs.
No GPS, IP-based location, or device location.
We do not run servers, so nothing can be uploaded even by accident.
Your preferences and configuration are saved locally on your device only.
Saved prompts, notes, or any content you create stays on your device and is never transmitted.
Temporary performance cache stored locally and never transmitted.
Managed entirely by the Microsoft Store. The app reads it locally; we receive nothing.
This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it.
WordX Suite includes an AI assistant (WorkX AI) that helps you write, edit, summarize, generate, and analyze content. It runs entirely on your device using a built-in offline engine - no cloud service is involved.
Your prompts, documents, selections, and AI results are processed locally and are never uploaded, shared, or used to train any model. No internet connection or account is required.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. Always review and verify important results, and do not rely on AI content for legal, medical, financial, or academic decisions without independent checking.
AI suggestions are applied only when you choose to insert or replace text. You are responsible for the content you create, keep, or share with the assistant's help.
If the assistant produces inappropriate or incorrect output, use the in-app report option. Reports are saved locally on your device and are never transmitted automatically. There is no automated moderation and no action is taken on your behalf - reports simply help us improve the assistant through future app updates. You may optionally email a report to the developer from your own mail app.
Any feedback you choose to email is sent from your own mail application, by your action. The app does not transmit data on its own.
WordX Suite may offer free trials, one-time purchases, or durable add-ons (lifetime unlocks). All licensing, payments, and transactions are handled exclusively by Microsoft.
WordX Suite requests only the minimum permissions required for core functionality. Permissions are used solely for app features and never for data collection.
Only when you choose a file — never background scanning.
Only when you paste or copy within the app.
Only if the app needs online content — and even then, no data is sent to us.
WordX Suite is a general-purpose productivity/utility tool. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not collect any data from any user.
If this policy changes, we will update the version and effective date. Any changes will remain consistent with our core principle: Your data stays on your device.
