WorkX Suite is developed by Hasnain Studio X with a local‑first, privacy‑first design philosophy. Everything you open or create stays on your device.

WorkX Suite is a productivity app for Android with three modules - XPDF, XDOC, and XMATH - and an on‑device AI Copilot. Everything you open or create stays on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.
All editing and viewing happens locally. Files you open are read locally and changes are written locally.
WorkX Suite does not collect, store, or send any of the following:
No email, no sign‑up, and no account of any kind.
Your PDFs, .docx, and .xlsx files never leave the device unless you share them yourself.
Location is never requested and never derived.
Your contacts are never accessed.
Handled entirely by Android Keystore on‑device; never transmitted anywhere.
We run no telemetry SDKs. Crash information is logged only locally on your device for debugging.
The file path and last opened time for recent files, stored in app‑private storage.
Clones we make while you edit a document; cleared on Discard or when the app is removed.
Theme variant, reduced‑effects toggle, and AI provider preferences.
If you enter an API key in AI Settings, it is stored in EncryptedSharedPreferences, backed by the Android Keystore.
A single boolean cached locally after a validated Google Play purchase.
This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.
These are the only outbound calls the app can make, and exactly what each one sends.
Google Fonts (Inter) are fetched on first launch and cached afterwards.
Google Play Billing verification is sent to our studio‑wide validator endpoint when you purchase Pro.
When you choose to download a language in Settings → Languages, Google Play services fetches that language model. The request tells Google which language model is being fetched; your documents are never part of it. Downloads can be restricted to Wi‑Fi, and each pack can be removed from the same screen. Once a pack is on your device, translation runs entirely on the device.
If you opt in to an online AI provider (a Pro feature) and configure an endpoint, only then does WorkX Suite contact that endpoint with your prompt.
When ads are enabled for your build, opening XPDF, XDOC, or XMATH loads a native ad through Google AdMob, and the app preloads a rewarded video ad in the background. These requests send your device's Advertising ID to Google - never your documents, files, or anything you create. Pro users never trigger any ad request.
We run no server of our own for your documents, so they cannot be uploaded even by accident.
The ad subsystem is gated behind a compile‑time flag (DM_ADS_ENABLED) and is off by default.
Appear at the top of the XPDF, XDOC, and XMATH screens when a build has ads enabled.
Preloaded in the background for a future in‑app reward; this build does not yet offer any action that shows one to you.
Once your Pro purchase is validated, no ad request of any kind is made.
Provided by Google AdMob, which collects your Advertising ID to select and measure ads. WorkX Suite never sends AdMob your documents or file contents.
Pro is a one‑time, non‑consumable purchase processed by Google Play Billing.
Used for Play Billing verification, language pack downloads, and, on Pro, the online AI provider you configure.
Declared for future page capture. This build never requests it.
Optional, used to unlock the AI key vault.
Added automatically by Google AdMob when ads are enabled; lets Google select and measure ads using your Advertising ID.
WorkX Suite is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If we change this policy we will bump the effective date and version above and post the new version at this URL. Any change will remain consistent with our core principle: your data stays on your device.

Reverse engineering, repackaging, decompiling, modifying signed builds, or redistributing the APK or AAB without written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under applicable copyright and computer misuse legislation.
Only builds published to Google Play under the publisher account "Hasnain Butt Akhtar / Hasnain Studio X" are genuine. Side loaded or third party builds are unauthorised and unsupported.
